Course Description

This course is designed to teach you the  foundations of creating healthy, balanced boundaries in your life so that you can own your life.

Including - 
1. What boundaries are and what they're not

2. How to set boundaries

3. How to identify where and when a boundary needs to be set

4. What to say to set a boundary (even those tricky ones!)

5. Boundaries with partners & children

6. Owning what's yours and letting go of what's not 

7. Mutual respect & boundaries 

8. What to do if others don't accept your boundaries

9. Practice forming boundary statements that honor you and feel good to share with others

    • Two 75 minute Zoom online sessions - including time for reflection, sharing and Q&A/coaching
      • Tuesday, May 19, 7pm Central, 5pm Pacific
      • Tuesday, May 26 7pm Central, 5pm Pacific
      • Convert to your timezone
      • 1 additional group Q&A/coaching session scheduled to suit the majority of the class members
    • Recordings of the session material (Recordings will only contain the teaching material and not include the Q&A/coaching portions to protect participant privacy.)
    • Electronic workbook for reflection and reference

    About me

    To overcome my own challenges, I've spent three years doing certifications in coaching & mentoring, for women's wellness, equine-facilitated coaching, and mentoring others through personal development.

    This course is based on both those learnings and my own life experience of needing to learn the art and skill of setting boundaries -- both for myself and for those around me.  This didn't come naturally for me, but the more that I learned about boundaries and started to implement them, the more excited I was to continue to do the work.

    Boundaries are unique for each of us and no person can tell you what boundaries are appropriate for you.  I want to give you the knowledge and skills to determine the proper boundaries for you and how to implement them in your life for greater peace and happiness.
